Inspection for Rubber Sealing Parts
The Unitecho UGO-FB-3 uses a glass-disc platform to inspect O-rings, rubber washers, rectangular seals and similar sealing parts. It combines dimensional checking with inspection for visible defects such as flash, missing material, cracks and contamination. The inspection program should be defined around the defects and tolerances relevant to your product.

Prepare an Inspection Requirement
Identify the dimensions that need acceptance limits and provide examples of each rejectable defect. Include borderline samples where possible: they help establish the difference between an acceptable surface variation and a defect that must be rejected. Also specify the intended output and how inspected parts will be collected or passed to the next operation.

Suitability requires an application review. A size range alone does not establish that every surface, feature or defect can be evaluated.
How are inspection faces and sorting groups selected?
State the faces to be inspected and the separation required for accepted, rejected and uncertain parts. The inspection arrangement and outlet configuration are confirmed in the project proposal.
How should we compare inspection results?
Agree on representative samples, defect definitions and acceptance criteria before comparing a trial with your existing inspection process.
