Glass-Disc Inspection for Fasteners
The Unitecho UGV-FR-IV is designed for optical inspection of parts that can be positioned stably on a glass disc. Its published scope includes head dimensions, inner and outer diameters, shank features and visible defects such as cracks, pits and thread damage. The required camera views and inspection criteria should be established for the actual fastener.

Configure the Inspection Task
The manufacturer's product information lists optional 360-degree inspection, prism inspection modules and additional handling or packaging arrangements.
