Six-Side Optical Inspection for Chip Inductors
The Unitecho chip inductor visual inspection machine checks electrode and ceramic-body dimensions together with visible appearance defects. Its six-side inspection scope includes damage, missing material, contamination, discoloration and visible cracks. Inspection criteria are defined for the component package and the features shown in representative samples.

The published configuration covers optical appearance and dimensional checking. Submit inductance or other electrical test requirements separately so the required test process can be reviewed.
Can it detect internal cracks?
