Six-Side Inspection for MLCC Components
The Unitecho MLCC inspection machine evaluates the external appearance of multilayer ceramic capacitors on six sides. Inspection tasks include electrode dimensions, ceramic-body dimensions, surface scratches, breakage, missing ceramic material and color differences. Define the features and acceptance limits for each component before selecting the imaging and handling configuration.
