Six-Side Appearance Inspection for LED Components
The Unitecho LED visual inspection system checks the appearance of LED components from six sides. The published inspection scope includes uneven surfaces, material adhering to leads, black spots, stringing and foreign material on encapsulant surfaces. The inspection task is defined around the component and the defects that need to be separated.
