Inspect LTCC Component Surfaces
Unitecho LTCC inspection equipment examines six sides of low-temperature co-fired ceramic components. The published inspection scope includes electrode and ceramic-body dimensions, visible damage, missing material, contamination, discoloration, cracks and abnormal marking points. Checks are selected according to the component drawing and the agreed appearance criteria.
